Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Record daily stock report of ATOMA Stores and its cash receipts.
- Booking postpaid bill payments on a daily basis & reconciliation on a weekly basis.
- Booking security deposit on a daily basis & reconciliation on a weekly basis.
- ATOMA Pay reconciliation of ATOMA Stores on a monthly basis.
- Apply all ATOMA Stores, Postpaid, and corporate invoices on a monthly basis.
- Preparing ATOMA Stores sales details report on a monthly basis.
- AP - GL reconciliations.
- Marketing Vendors (reconciliation and processing their invoices)
- Physical stock count of ATOMA Stores.
- ERS transfer between GP and ATOMA Stores.
- Any other Task (s) assigned by the supervisor.
Education:
- BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) with field-relevant experience.
Experience:
- Holding a minimum of one year of experience in the relevant field.
- Abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and also as an effective team member
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
- Having good decision-making skills
