- Assist in curriculum documentation and catalog updates
- Help coordinate course scheduling across departments
- Maintain academic policy files and procedure manuals
- Support faculty onboarding processes
- Help organize teaching evaluations and peer reviews
- Assist in scheduling academic committee meetings
- Aid in graduation requirement audits
- Help process student petitions and appeals
- Collect data for program assessment reports
- Help monitor academic compliance standards
- Support academic events (orientations, conferences)
- Recent graduate in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Dari/Pashto (written and spoken)
- Interest in education policy/administration
