• فوق بکلوریا در رشته میخانیک و یا انجنیری برق
• داشتن حد اقل یک سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه
• توانایی تکلم با زبان های ملی
• آشنایی ابتدایی با اصول فنی و تخنیکی برق و میخانیک
• توانایی استفاده از وسایل و ابزارهای ابتدایی فنی
• توانایی کار تیمی و همکاری با سایر همکاران در ساحه
• رعایت دسپلین، نظم و اصول ایمنی کاری.
• داشتن توانایی جسمی و روحی برای انجام وظایف فزیکی
