• Design and optimize wireless networks using RF propagation principles.
• Conduct site surveys to evaluate network coverage and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze network performance and recommend optimization techniques.
• Develop and maintain network performance reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure network performance meets customer requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Making and filling the RF physical parameters in the TSSR/ORF as per the survey done in the Field.
• Planning site integration for the new on-air sites.
• Troubleshooting and submitting the Integration reports for acceptance.
• Arranging Global Drive test, troubleshooting for problems and give proper solution for rectification.
• Doing Physical site audits and implementing Physical CRs like changing HBA, Azimuths, Tilts.
• Assisting the RF planning Engineer with the nominal site planning and doing the Frequency/neighbors planning for the new sites.
• Providing data and reports as needed.
Essential: High school graduate with one year of relevant experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science.
