· Regularly travel to the villages in the target districts of Bamiyan Province.
· Perform speedy assessments and door to door surveys in consultation with CDCs to select vulnerable recipients in compliance with the criteria in practice in Herat province.
· Work with communities to specify the most vulnerable populations in their communities.
· Develop strategies for reaching out to beneficiaries in rural communities.
· Maintain a database for the registered beneficiaries and community. ·
· Assure that the beneficiaries are chosen in line with the criteria for the program. ·
· Participate in the relevant training when needed.
· Taking photos/video clips of the beneficiaries during the survey when needed and entering the date into the Kobo/database after the assessment.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in social science, BBA, Public Awareness, and another relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in community mobilization or humanitarian projects.
- Strong understanding of the local context and ability to work respectfully with different communities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with beneficiary selection, awareness raising, and field-level implementation.
- Fluent in Dari and/or Pashto depending on the province; basic understanding of English is an asset.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.
