- Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules

- Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Weekly sales meeting to motivate, assign new tasks, and enquire regarding the assigned tasks
- To achieve the monthly and quarterly target assigned by commercial manager.
- Assign monthly sales targets for the sales team and explain the rules and regulations
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the line manager.
- And other tasks assigned by top management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field.
- Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Focused on customer service
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of [1] years in sales, with [2] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
