Sales Functions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential clients.
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients (B2B and B2C).
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and sales activities.
Marketing Functions
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, email, events, social media).
- Plan and run promotional campaigns for both ERP services and in-house products.
- Manage social media presence and content marketing (e.g., blogs, newsletters).
- Coordinate with designers and developers to create product materials (brochures, videos, website content).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and ROI.
- Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or IT/software product marketing.
- Strong understanding OF software industry trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM and sales funnel management tools.
- Fluent in English, Dari and Pashto.
Key Deliverables:
- Monthly sales report with lead conversion details.
- Quarterly marketing performance analytics.
- A detailed client engagement plan.
- Market and competitor analysis reports.
- Sales pitches and promotional material drafts.
Performance Evaluation:
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Increase in website traffic and social media engagement.
- Number of qualified leads generated and converted.
- Quality and timeliness of marketing content and reports.
Compensation:
Base salary (as per qualifications and market standards)
