1.          Sales Management for telecommunication products:

•           Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell Telecom company products at customer care centers or tele shops.

•           Monitor and evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

•           Ensure the availability of products and manage stock levels at customer care centers.

•           Provide training and support to customer care center staff to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.

•           Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding the telecom products and services.

•           Adjust sales team for all rolls when the company send as a regulation.

•           The manager must control, coordinate and achieve stretch cards target or any other target when if the telecom company set for knack rise.

·      Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  

2.           Team Coordination and Mobile Team Management:

•           Organize and manage mobile sales teams to cover specific areas where Telecom companies have recently launched new sites or customers’ demands.

•           Allocate and monitor the mobile team’s efforts to ensure maximum coverage and efficiency in these areas.

•           Provide leadership and motivation to the mobile sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.

•           Coordinate with the Telecom company network team to ensure that the necessary resources are available for mobile teams.

•           Coordinate with the telecom company about the weak coverage or customers’ compliance.

3.           Market Analysis and Reporting:

•           Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends in customer behavior.

•           Regularly report on sales performance, team activities, and market conditions to the direct Manager.

•           Provide feedback on product and service improvements based on customer interactions, sales performance and competition.

4.           Coordination with Telecom Companies:

•           Act as a liaison between Knack Rise and Telecom companies, ensuring alignment with the Telecom companies’ sales goals, market awareness and network expansion plans.

•           Coordinate with Telecom companies on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales in the regions of interest.

•        Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, service providers, and business partners.

•           Provide regular updates to Telecom companies regarding the progress of SIM and credit card sales in specific areas.

5.           Customer Relationship Management:

•           Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and potential customers, the manger must get the key customer data from the mention company.

•           Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.

6.           Operational Support:

•           Oversee the logistics and operational requirements for sales activities at customer care centers or tele shops and mobile sales teams.

•           Ensure that the required infrastructure, such as mobile units, equipment, and promotional materials, is in place to support sales efforts.

7.           Collaboration with Internal Teams:

•           Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to drive sales success, improve customer experiences and share the important issue with the telecom company related section.

•           Share best practices and collaborate to ensure consistency in sales strategies across regions.

•           Coordinate with the admin & finance section for any tele shops tools or goods issue.

•           Coordinate for any update initiative issue with the business development team.

•           Have a strong coordination with the CEO for any on time operation. 

8.           Budget and Financial Management:

•           Monitor the sales budget, ensuring all activities are executed within allocated resources.

•           Track and report on sales expenses, ensuring cost efficiency in all activities.

9.          Other Key Responsibilities

•        Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and partnerships within the telecommunications industry.

•        Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.

•        Collaborate with marketing and technical departments to tailor offerings that meet customer needs.

•        Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

•        Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and telecom regulatory requirements.

•        Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance market presence.

•        Able to travel on provinces for market expansion any time required.

qualification

Skill & Qualifications:

·      Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales management, preferably in the telecom industry.

·      Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

·      Knowledge: Familiarity with Telecommunication products and services is a plus.

•           Skills:

·      Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Knowledge of telecom products, including SIM cards and credit card sales.

·      Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

·      Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, services, and customer segments (B2B and B2C).

·      Proven leadership and team management experience.

·      Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
