- Collecting quotations from the Market in person.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Stay informed on industry trends and find competitive suppliers.
- Place orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze procurement costs, market trends, and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce costs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging suppliers to make informed procurement decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
- Updating all records of purchased products
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Economics, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Must have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience (for a master's degree work experience is not required).
- Fluent in one of the local languages (Dari or Pashto), and English (written and spoken).
- Must have good knowledge of computer programs (especially office packages).
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Upholds integrity and honesty.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work.
- Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.
