- Manage the full cycle of construction supervision for the rehabilitation of schools, including daily oversight, quality checks, and schedule management.
- Review and approve construction materials, work plans, and testing procedures.
- Ensure proper implementation of health, safety, environmental, and social safeguards at all construction sites.
- Monitor contractor performance, issue instructions, and ensure corrective measures are taken when necessary.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports using UNICEF templates.
- Conducted and documented site meetings, managed variation orders, and supported dispute resolution when needed.
- Coordinate with contractors and UNICEF for inspections, testing, and final handover.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing construction or rehabilitation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, quality assurance, site supervision, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in reporting, site documentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
