Working hours, holidays and sick leave:


The working time is 6 days per week.


Normal working hours are daily from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.


The schedule for the duty will be prepared by the line Manager.


The daily working time may be readjusted by the responsible manager.


No overtime payments will be given for working during additional hours to the before mentioned


working hours. Working on days or hours declining of the agreed working hours and days must be approved by the responsible manager and will then be compensated by additional time


off or, exceptionally, paid as a working time.


Compensation in money in exceptional cases will be granted exclusively with approval of the responsible manager.


The employee is entitled to 2 days of paid leave for each finished month of working.


Paid leave has to be taken until the end of the year. Paid leave can only exceptionally be


carried forward to the next contract but never to the next year. Untaken leave days are


not entitled to any kind of financial compensation. Rules for any further kind of leave are


described in the Staff Regulations.
