- Fuel Management:
- Oversee the management of fuel distribution & consumption.
- Ensure the fuel is submitted inline with the fuel distribution plan.
- Develop and implement fuel management protocols to prevent theft, misuse, and wastage.
- Conduct regular audits of fuel usage and generator performance, addressing discrepancies (low quality fuel, oil, water) promptly.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operational readiness of all diesel generators.
- Receive, track, and review weekly fuel receipt reports of all RLOs, provide constructive feedback on timely manner.
- Equipment Effective Utilization:
- Ensure Loxdon (vehicle, laptops, etc) & ETA sites equipment are promptly and correctly utilized by SSGs for official purposes only.
- Implement tracking systems to prevent equipment loss and ensure accountability.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Admin for timely replacement or repair of lost or damaged equipment.
- Personnel Supervision:
- Supervise and manage the performance of RLOs and PLOs.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team.
- Implement performance evaluation metrics to assess the effectiveness of SSGs/Watchmen.
- Address issues related to ghost SSGs/Watchmen, ensuring accurate reporting of personnel attendance and deployment.
- Coordinate any personnel related issues with HR department on timely manner.
- Fuel Consumption Management:
- Monitor and analyse fuel consumption patterns to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Develop strategies to optimize fuel usage and reduce wastage.
- Collaborate with RLOs and PLOs to implement fuel efficiency initiatives.
- Power Misuse Prevention:
- Ensure RLOs and PLOs strictly control sites and prevent power misuse.
- Implement measures to ensure that power is used efficiently and responsibly.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any instances of power misuse.
- Effective Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain open lines of communication with RLOs and PLOs to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on fuel management, equipment status, personnel performance, and any incidents of theft or misuse.
- Identify and escalate any operational challenges to senior management for timely resolution.
- Prepare a regular site visit plan, and ensure to visit sites where required by the company or emergency situation.
- Draft format and receive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from team and provide report to Project Manager and General Manager on timely manner.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all team operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety among team and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct safety drills and training to prepare personnel for emergency situations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in team operations and propose actionable solutions.
- Stay updated on performance best practices and implement relevant strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
- Operation Plan:
Operation Manager should prepare the operational plan and mostly consider the below points but not limited to:
- Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient distribution of resources and track the effective utilizations.
- Risk Management: Conduct timely risk assessments, implement the best possible risk mitigation and transfer strategies, and coordinate with team for further considerations. Coordinate any potential risks with Project Manager.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define RLOs and PLOs KPIs, review them on weekly bases, rate their performances on actual scenarios, and report any performance improvements to Project Manager and HR.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor inline with the company policies.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in fuel management, equipment management, or safety compliance are a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, fuel management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supervising personnel and managing teams effectively.
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing operational protocols.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of fuel management systems and protocols.
- Proficiency in equipment tracking and maintenance management.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Competence in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor fuel consumption and equipment utilization.
- Leadership and Management Skills:
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and performance evaluations.
- Ability to address personnel issues and coordinate with HR effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration with RLOs, PLOs, and senior management.
