- Monitor and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee bandwidth management to optimize network efficiency and prevent congestion.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, Ubiquiti (UBNT) devices, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform network monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting using tools such as The SAS Radius, WinBox, UNMS, and PRTG.
- Respond to network outages, performance issues, and customer complaints promptly.
- Implement traffic shaping, QoS (Quality of Service), load balancing, and VLAN configurations on MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment.
- Ensure network security by configuring firewalls, VPNs, and wireless security protocols.
- Maintain network documentation, reports, and logs for tracking performance and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with vendors, data centers, and upstream providers for network improvements.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams as needed.
- Network Issue Diagnosis & Resolution.
- Troubleshooting Mikrotik, Cisco, and Ubiquiti PTP and PTMP Devices
- Troubleshoot PPPoE, DHCP, NAT, and Firewall Issues
- Analyzing Bandwidth & Traffic Flow to detect congestion, slow speeds, or packet loss
- Wireless Link Troubleshooting (Interference, Signal Strength, Frequency Planning)
- Hardware & Software Fault Analysis (Routers, Switches, Wireless Bridges)
- DDoS Attack Mitigation & Security Incident Response
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in ISP network management, NOC operations, and bandwidth management.
- Strong knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS, Ubiquiti AirOS, and UNMS.
- Experience with networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, PPPoE, NAT, etc.).
- Proficiency in MikroTik WinBox, The Dude, Ubiquiti UNMS, and other monitoring tools.
- Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle network outages and emergencies efficiently.
- Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Knowledge of Linux server management.
- Experience in wireless network optimization and RF planning.
- Familiarity with VoIP, DNS, and DHCP configurations.
