Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote HNAIC’s pest and insect control services.
Should have skills in the psychology of conversation.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
Design and oversee advertising campaigns (print, digital, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to reach target audiences.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service offerings align with marketing messages.
Establish partnerships with local businesses, NGOs, and government entities to promote services
Apply content marketing techniques to attract and engage target audiences.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and community outreach programs to represent HNAIC.
Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
A diploma or certification in digital marketing is an asset.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in service-based companies (experience in health, hygiene, or pest control services is a plus).
Must be skilled in the psychology of conversation.
Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Dari and Pashto (required); English proficiency is a strong asset.
