duties

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for both the commercial market and residential section.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Support in preparing marketing materials and coordinating with external agencies for advertisements.
  • Assist in planning and organizing events, exhibitions, and sales meetings.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Help in managing online marketing efforts, including social media and digital campaigns.
  • Market visit for observing new customers.
  • Developing marketing strategies and plans.
  • Marketing managers analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Overseeing marketing campaigns. They supervise the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the brand image and targeting the intended audience.
  • Contributing to product development and new product launches.
  • In this role, marketing managers collaborate with product development teams, provide insights into market demands, and contribute to the successful launch of new products.
  • Managing budgets and resources.
  • Marketing managers must be financially savvy, as they’re responsible for budget allocation and ensuring effective use of resources to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Influencing pricing strategies and overall brand awareness.
  • Marketing managers contribute to pricing strategies based on market analysis. Additionally, they work toward building and maintaining overall brand awareness through effective communication strategies.
  • Contributing to long-term business initiatives and goals. Playing a strategic role in aligning marketing efforts with long-term business initiatives and goals ensures sustained growth and success.
  • Devising result-centric sales and marking strategies related to logistics management (Cargo, Courier, and Warehouse Management).
  •  Maintaining an accurate sales funnel with the highest conversion rate.
  • Utilizing integrated marketing strategies, tactics, and approaches for branding building and placement.
  • Handling corporate and retail divisions at the same time.
  • Sourcing and relationship with global freight forwarders and shipping lines globally.
  • Achieving sales and marketing targets.
  • Managing diverse sales team.
  • Reporting writing and KPI measurement.
  • Handling RFQs and quotations.
  • Bringing in marketing and sales intelligence.


qualification

  • Master’s in Business Administration are prefer and P.HD would be an asset.
  • Minimum experience 10 years in Marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Strong understanding of logistics and multimodal transportation.
  • Excellent sales closer & Customer Focus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Motion and Graphic program skills will be an asset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
