Key responsibilities of Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:
· Create marketing strategies aligned with Las Pay goals, perform SWOT analyses and assess competitive markets.
· Design, oversee and optimize marketing campaigns while managing budgets and analyzing performance.
· Conduct research to understand consumer trends and prepare analytical reports.
· Ensure consistent branding and develop messaging to build customer loyalty.
· Manage digital initiatives, improve online presence and track performance metrics.
· Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
· Work with various departments to ensure cohesive strategies and participate in product development discussions.
· Prepare and track marketing budget, plan marketing events and collaborate on content creation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or relevant field
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus in digital marketing and campaign success.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication and creative skills, proficiency in marketing tools and web analytics.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude toward mentorship.
• Ability to efficiently communication in English, Dari and Pashto Languages.
