- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our shipping services, ensuring they align with the company's goals in Kazakhstan / Azerbaijan.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, business partners, and potential customers in both Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
- Content Localization: Create and localize marketing materials, such as brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, in both Russian and Turkish.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth, monitor competitors, and understand customer preferences in the shipping and logistics sectors.
- Event Coordination: Support the marketing team in organizing and attending local trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events related to shipping, logistics, and international trade.
- Digital Marketing: Help manage the company’s social media presence in both regions, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand messaging.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and digital activities, providing insights for optimization and improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives and customer needs.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, such as maintaining marketing databases, preparing presentations, and assisting with logistics for campaigns and events.
Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, Communications, or a related field.
- Languages: Diploma in Russian Language / Turkish Language is Preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or international trade sectors
Skills:
- Familiarity with the shipping and logistics industry, particularly international trade routes between the U.S., Kazakhstan, and Azerbaijan.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment or international business settings.
- Knowledge of local regulations and market conditions in Kazakhstan / Azerbaijan.
