- Assist in preparing briefing materials, reports, and correspondence for external meetings and visits.
- Assist in coordinating and schedule meetings with government officials, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain updated contact databases and stakeholder engagement logs.
- Support follow-up on communications with external entities.
- Assist in tracking and compiling relevant government regulations, policies, or announcements
- Organize regular check-ins with interns to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure engagement.
- Contribute to internal coordination efforts with relevant departments.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Education:
- Fresh Graduated from Law, Political Science, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and with sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English
