- Understand and apply the laws and regulations of Afghanistan.
- Provide legal advice to management on corporate and operational matters.
- Prepare, review, and draft legal letters, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in courts and before government authorities as required.
- Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve legal disputes, and liaise with external legal counsel if necessary.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports and recommendations.
- Support in developing company policies to minimize legal risks.
- Stay updated on legal developments in Afghanistan that affect the company’s operations.
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Political Science or Law (BA in Law).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a related legal field.
- Strong experience in preparing legal letters and handling documentation professionally.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with Afghan courts and government legal processes.
- Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English (both speaking and writing).
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
