- ترتیب پلان کاری ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه در مطابقت با پلان عمومی وپالیسی اداره جهت نیل به اهداف از قبل تعین شده.
- ارائه مشوره های حقوقی کتبی و شفاهی به مدیریت منابع بشری/اداری، سطح رهبری و سایر دبپارتمندها شرکت درمطابقت به قوانین نافذه کشور، قانون کارواموراجتماعی و قوانین بین المللی وسایر پالیسی های اداره مربوطه.
- مروروتعدیل تمام قرار داد های اداره وارایه نظریات، پیشنهادات وملاحظات لازم از لحاظ حقوقی غرض تامین مسایل حقوقی در مطابقت به قوانین نافذه کشور.
- ارائه پیشنهادات و نظریات مسلکی به مدیرمنابع بشری/اداری در زمینه مراقبت و نظارت از مراحل پروسه اسناد شرکت.
- اشتراک در جلسات برمبنی مشوره های مسلکی در جهت اصلاح وبهبود امورداخلی اداری همچنان درزمینه مراودات ومکاتبات ارگانهای دولتی و سکتورهای خصوصی.
- آگاهی کامل از قانون وزارت کارواموراجتماعی، طرزالعمل مربوط به آن وقوانین تجارت برعلاوه اجراعات حل وفصل منازعات مشترکین در ارگانهای ذیربط.
- نماینده گی نمودن از طرف شرکت خدماتی افغان پی در مجالس با نهاد های دولتی درمورد قضایای مشخص جهت حصول اطمینان از اینکه تمام موضوعات حقوقی در هر نوع تصامیم مد نظر گرفته شده است.
- مطالعه تمام مسوده قراردادهای شرکت های مخابراتی، تفاهم نامه های اتحادیه کریدت کارتهای الکترونیکی، مکاتیب، عرایض از لحاظ حقوقی و ارائیه نظریات قبل از عقد.
- مکاتبات مکتوبها، عرایض، پیشنهادات وغیره موارد مرتبط با نهادهای دولتی وخصوصی وازتدقیق آنها بادقت واحتیاط از لحاظ حقوقی.
- آگاهی از تعدیلات در قوانین وپالیسی هائیکه ارتباط به روند تدارکاتی وسایر وظایف محوله دارد.
- تامین ارتباط و هماهنگی کامل با دونرها درارتباط به وضع پالیسی ها، اسناد تقنینی وسایر موارد ذیربط.
- مسؤلیت تمام کارامورات حقوقی شرکت که با ادارات دولتی یا خصوصی میباشد.
- دوران تمام اسناد حقوقی درادارات ذیربط.
- ترتیب و ارائه گزارش از اجراات کاریهفته وار، ماهوار، ربعوار و سالانه خویش به مدیرمنابع بشری/اداری، مدیرارشد وسطح رهبری شرکت.
- اجرای سایر وظایف که از طرف مدیرمنابع بشری وسطح رهبری شرکت مطابق قوانین ، مقررات و اهداف اداره به وی سپرده میشود.
- Bachelor degrees in the Field of Political Science, International Relationships (IR), Law and Business Administration Candidates having Master Degree in the field will be preferred.
- 3 years of minimum work experiences with in field in national or international NGO’s, GOV, UN Organizations.
- Must have the knowledge of human rights, Labor law, Social Law, Constitutions law & Administrative law etc.
- Understanding of the legal and legislative frameworks necessary to govern education and training quality, certification and accreditation.
- Prior work experience in an academic capacity/context, such as managing/developing educational and training management system is desirable
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and negotiation abilities with the capability of managing properly counter-part relations e.g. government and donors.
