General Legal Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel on commercial transactions, employment issues, and corporate matters.
- Mitigate legal risks by ensuring business operations align with local and international laws.
- Liaise with external legal counsel as needed.
- Support corporate governance and ensure legal compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
Sector-Specific Duties
1. Logistics Services
- Review and advise on logistics and freight contracts (local and international).
- Ensure compliance with transportation, customs, and international trade regulations.
- Handle disputes related to goods damage, loss, or delays in delivery.
- Advise on third-party logistics agreements and liability clauses.
2. Facilities Management
- Review service-level agreements (SLAs), vendor contracts, and lease agreements.
- Ensure compliance with property, tenancy, and health & safety laws.
- Provide guidance on risk and liability associated with on-site service operations.
- Advise on regulatory obligations for maintenance and environmental compliance.
3. Construction
- Draft and negotiate EPC, subcontractor, and consultancy agreements.
- Manage legal aspects of tenders, bids, and public/private sector contracts.
- Advise on construction claims, variations, delays, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local construction regulations.
4. Security Services
- Draft service agreements for security personnel deployment.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, licensing, and government security regulations.
- Manage client disputes involving performance or misconduct issues.
- Advise on data privacy, CCTV use, and related legal matters.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s or LLM preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a similar industry or multi-sector environment.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, labour, and commercial law.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable Attributes

- Industry-specific knowledge in logistics, construction, or facilities management is a strong advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based position with standard working hours. And may require site visit trips.
