- IT Inventory Officer would be responsible for maintaining proper flow of tasks and responsibilities of IT Department in the Organization and also the related project by mainly focusing in fixed and none fixed assets records and inventory procedures and policies.
- IT Inventory Officer will be responsible for keeping IT main Database up to date with proper paper works and approval procedures.
- Ensure the Employees’ usage of Network and IT Tools is consistent with IT Policies as per SSSRO IT policy rules, report and alert the user in case of any violation and report to manager.
- Handling and being responsive for any other tasks or assignments assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
- Creating programs and making brochures and banners for the visibility of the SSSRO.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Communication and Technology (Computer Science) and/or relevant academic degree (Master's degree preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/Inventory.
Skills:
- Professional knowledge of network technologies and Windows clients.
- Professional knowledge of working independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify, and isolate technical issues.
- Professional Knowledge of IT and Office Inventory/stock and Asset Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Pashto & Dari Fluent, English very good.
