Key Responsibilities
- Assist software developers with coding, testing, and debugging tasks.
- Support the IT support team in diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate with the network administrator in monitoring and maintaining network systems.
- Participate in meetings with the project team for project management.
- Contribute to documentation tasks including user manuals, system reports, and technical guidelines.
- Shadow senior team members to understand operational workflows and best practices.
- Take part in training sessions and workshops to build technical and professional skills.
- Support various departments with IT-related tasks as required.
- Be flexible and open to working outside the development scope.

Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferably with a solid understanding of Odoo, Laravel, and Python.
- Strong English speaking skills are required, and a good understanding of the Arabic language would be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of programming, networking, or IT support principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Has strong emotional intelligence — can understand and manage their own emotions and relate well to others, even in stressful situations.

- Successful interns may be offered a full-time role with a revised title, and a salary increment.
