Customer Focus:

Network Design Project Execution:
- Review core IP network infrastructure designs that support services, including 2G,3G,4G, and ISP services.
- Suggest design optimization and implement designs within the IP Network.
Vendors Knowledge:
Ericsson, Huawei , Cisco, Juniper , ExtremOS
Protocols Knowledge :
- Perform configuration of network routers and switches to implement IP Network design including L2/L3 , STP, MSTP VRRP, HSRP, OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, Traffic Engineering, Quality of Service and HRB, and HA, IPsec, GRE, MGR, LAG, MLAG, seamless MPLS
System Records:
- Create documentation for high-level design and low-level design and any installed base records.
- Create configuration management system, training manuals and troubleshooting processes for all node configurations.
Operational Excellence:
- Knowledge and expertise to develop systems and procedures geared towards the maintenance of the IP Network, to ensure it is functioning as per design and the availability of the network with minimum downtime.
Network Troubleshooting:
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and restore IP network issues in the network, Carrier Grade, or ISP services outage or fault.
- Performed detailed analysis to determine the root cause of any issue in the IP domain.
Network Analysis and KPIs:
- Preparation and analysis of KPI reports reflecting the state of the network to the business and other stakeholders. Review IP network design based on these to suggest optimization methods.
SLAs:
- Work with and support Technology Operations to ensure all SLA targets are met or exceeded.
Quality of Service:
- Deploy QoS configuration for all services across the IP network to ensure that low-latency services and critical traffic receive the appropriate bandwidth.
- Troubleshoot any QoS issues.
OH&S/QMS Role and Responsibilities:
- Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department.
- Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
- Abides by i engineering’s Local Legal and Client Requirements.
- Attends and engages in IMS Awareness Sessions.
- Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- BSc. in /Electrical/IT, Telecom Engineering/Computer Engineering
- Experience in monitoring networks using Cacti, PRTG, Huawei NCE,
- Excellent Technical presentation & people’s Management skills.
- Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Capable of professionally managing confidential information.
- CCNA,HCNA , HCNP CCNP, HCIE , CCIE certification are (Preferred)
- GSM infrastructure knowledge is must .
