duties

  • Development and implementation of HR functions, policies, procedures in alignment with legal requirements and government policies
  • Analyze wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan,
  • Check, control and monitor overall employees’ office, work location existence, discipline and take proper action.
  • Write and deliver presentations to Chairman, Accountable Manager or government officials regarding human resources policies and practices,
  • Recruit, interview, test, and select employees to fill vacant positions,
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Keep records of personnel documents such as recruitments, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics,
  • Coordinate management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and any form of harassment,
  • Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues,
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs,
  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the company,
  • Administer salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization,
  • Administer benefits programs such as vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Overviews all the budget report and financial planning of the HR budget
  • Reports directly to the VP and/or CEO.

qualification

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
  • The appointed HR Director should have excellent knowledge of Afghanistan Labor Law,
  • Kam Group policies (after appointment) and Bachelor’s degree.
  • At-least 10 years’ experience in such positions.
  • Worked in the same position with abundance of experience and knowledge in Government entities, NGOs, INGOs.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in National languages
  • Proficiency in English
  •  Very good knowledge in Turkish language.
  • Good knowledge in Russian language
