duties

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

               •             Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements

               •             Screen resumes and schedule interviews

               •             Coordinate pre-employment checks and reference verifications

               •             Prepare and manage onboarding documents and orientation schedules

               •             Maintain candidate and new hire records

2. Employee Records & HRIS

               •             Maintain and update employee personal files

               •             Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data

               •             Generate reports and support data entry tasks

3. Performance Management & Employee Relations

               •             Assist in scheduling performance reviews and tracking completion

               •             Support employee engagement activities and feedback initiatives

               •             Help in handling employee inquiries and resolving basic issues

               •             Maintain logs and documentation for disciplinary actions or grievances

4. Compensation & Benefits Support

               •             Assist with payroll data collection and processing in collaboration with Finance

               •             Track attendance, leave balances, and related records

5. Training & Development

               •             Schedule internal and external training sessions

               •             Maintain training records and evaluation forms

               •             Assist in organizing development initiatives and workshops

6. Compliance & Policies

               •             Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies

               •             Assist in preparing HR documentation and audit files

               •             Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR practices and legal requirements


qualification

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field

               •             1–3 years of experience in a similar Position

               •             Familiarity with HR software and databases

               •             Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

               •             Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

               •             Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive
