A. Financial Reporting & Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support the consolidation of financial statements and management reports.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in variance analysis and budget vs. actual reporting.
Data Analysis & Reconciliation:
- Extract and analyze financial data from accounting systems (QuickBooks, Excel).
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records.
- Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting errors
- Support monthly closing activities by gathering data and reconciling accounts
Compliance & Audit Support:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing the requested documents.
- Help in maintaining proper documentation for audit trails.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with ICC and other finance teams.
- Support interdepartmental financial data requests
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information
Education:
- Fresh Graduated from BBA Faculty, or related field.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with accounting software, QuickBooks is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English.
