1. Accounting and Financial Transactions:
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and ensure effective cost control during project implementation.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor spending against the approved budget.
- Produce periodic budget reports (e.g., monthly financial reports and budget vs. actual comparisons).

- Prepare financial reports in accordance with international accounting standards, QRCS requirements, and donor regulations.
- Provide periodic reports on expenses, revenue, and administrative costs.
- Ensure timely monthly account closures.
4. Compliance and Audit Preparation:
- Ensure all financial activities comply with QRCS policies, donor requirements, and accounting standards.
- Organize financial files and documents to be audit-ready.
- Support audit teams by providing necessary data and assistance.
5. Partner and Implementing Agency Monitoring:
- Monitor local partner expenses to ensure compliance with signed contracts and QRCS policies.
- Support and build the financial capacities of partner staff.
- Coordinate audits related to funds granted to partners.
6. Administrative Support:
- Perform administrative tasks such as processing payroll, preparing attendance reports, and managing office assets.
- Follow up and record logistical and administrative documentation per approved policies.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a humanitarian or NGO context.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), Excel, and other MS Office programs.
- Experience in budgeting, financial data analysis, and report preparation.
- Good knowledge of international accounting standards and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in English (Arabic preferred) and local languages.
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and capacity to produce accurate financial reports.
- High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
