1. Field Activity Support
- Assist field teams in planning, scheduling, and documenting project activities.
- Track field activity progress against timelines and flag delays to supervisors
- Help in organizing files, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining documentation.
2. Data Flow & Reporting
- Consolidate raw field data (e.g., beneficiary lists, attendance sheets) into standardized formats.
- Draft weekly/monthly implementation snapshots for HQ (include photos, challenges, successes).
- Attend meetings, take notes, and contribute ideas when appropriate.
3. Coordination & Troubleshooting
- Organize biweekly HQ-field check-in calls and document action points.
- Relay field challenges (e.g., supply shortages, security issues) to HQ for rapid resolution.
Support Ongoing Projects
- Collaborate with team members on specific assignments or projects.
- Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Uphold Confidentiality and Integrity
- Handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Follow Organization policies and maintain professional conduct.
4. Monitoring & Compliance
- Cross-check field reports against donor requirements (e.g., verify beneficiary signatures/photo evidence, stories).
- File all implementation documents (soft copies) in the project SharePoint/Google Drive.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field.
Skills:
- Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Communication (clear, concise emails/calls with field teams).
- Problem-solving (ability to escalate issues with proposed solutions).
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English.
V. Logistics
- Work Mode:
- HQ Days: [X days/week] for reporting/meetings.
- Remote Days: Field calls and data processing.
- Tools Provided:
- Shared drive access, NGO email, [project management software].
