Key responsibilities of Agent Network Manager include but are not limited to:
· Develop strategies to attract and retain agents, merchants, and super-agents.
· Implement training programs covering product knowledge, compliance and assess their effectiveness.
· Set performance goals, conduct evaluations and address performance issues.
· Act as a point of contact for agents, merchants and super-agents and foster a motivating environment.
· Ensure adherence to legal requirements and monitor agents’ behavior.
· Align agent initiatives with business objectives and communicate changes effectively.
· Analyze KPIs to assess agent performance and provide reports to management.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
· Experience: at least 5 years of experience in agent management or sales.
· Skills: Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
o Problem-solving, customer-focused approach and adaptable with a positive attitude toward mentorship.
o Ability to efficiently communication in English, Dari and Pashto Languages.
