- The incumbent should be graduated from economic faculty or have BBA from a recognized university.
· Proficiency in at least four of the following languages: English, Uzbek, Pashto, and
o Russian. If not fluent in Russian, fluency in the other three languages is mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Strong team work skills.
· Financial management experience is required.
· Able to work under pressure and independently.
· Experience of planning, reporting and budgeting.
· Honest, proactive and well mannered.
